Honey (polyfloral), 200 g

Honey is not only a source of glucose, fructose, and carbohydrates, but also a substance that promotes the release of serotonin (the so-called “happiness hormone”).
We pour the fresh honey, harvested at the Šerkšnas apiary, into glass containers, seal them tightly, and store them in a cool, dark place.
After about three weeks, the fresh honey begins to crystallize and lighten in color, with glucose crystals forming on the surface.
This is characteristic only of natural, unprocessed honey.

If you choose this honey, we’ll pack you honey collected during the summer (linden, raspberry blossoms, white and red clover, and phacelia blossoms).
